About

Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development in tech

Experienced in working broadly within recruitment, HR, Learning & Development and organisational development, primarily in technical environments.

What drives me is the opportunity to work closely with people and business, and to create conditions for both individuals and organisations to grow. Through my roles I have had the chance to build and improve processes within recruitment, onboarding and competence development, always with a focus on creating a great and engaging employee experience.

I thrive in collaboration with managers and teams, contributing with structure, perspective and support in how we can work smarter and more sustainably over time.

The majority of my career has been spent in IT and tech companies, which means I understand the language, needs and challenges of the business. This creates better recruitment processes, more accurate competence profiles and stronger trust from both candidates and hiring managers.

What I'm passionate about

  • Matching the right person with the right role, and creating conditions for them to succeed
  • Building structures and processes that create long-term sustainability
  • Working closely with the business to understand its needs
  • Creating engaging employee experiences from day one
  • Combining data-driven thinking with a genuine focus on people

What I do

Six areas, point by point

Under each area I have written what I have done and where.

01

Talent Acquisition

Own the full recruitment process, from needs analysis and sourcing to offer and onboarding.

This has been the main part of my work for over seven years. At Mpya Sci & Tech I drove full recruitment processes for technical roles and advised hiring managers on competence profiles, selection and candidate evaluation. At ZoCom I led the talent acquisition work as part of the management team, and at A Society I was responsible for recruiting and matching IT consultants.

02

People & Culture

Be the person managers and employees turn to on HR processes, onboarding and the employee experience.

At ZoCom I held HR support and development responsibility for a consultant group of 15+ people, and at A Society I worked with onboarding and ongoing HR support for consultants. I have built onboarding structures from scratch in two companies, both times to increase engagement and retention.

03

Learning & Development

Develop training and competence programmes that people use in their work.

At Simployer I developed training content within HR, payroll, tax and VAT for a leading HR system, together with subject matter experts, and planned and ran conferences and training sessions. At IT-Högskolan I led education programmes in close collaboration with the labour market, and at ZoCom I was in from the start and helped shape an internal LMS that was later sold B2B. I am also a certified education manager.

04

Employer branding

Strengthen the employer brand and reach the right candidates.

At ZoCom I worked with employer branding alongside the recruitment, which meant being clear about who we were as an employer and how we presented ourselves externally. I also ran internal workshops and training initiatives, and helped build a career programme for junior talent that made the company more attractive to people early in their career.

05

Organisational development

Build structures and processes that hold as the company grows.

I have built onboarding structures, ATS workflows, a career programme for junior talent and an internal LMS, and improved the internal communication flows. I do that work close to the business, together with the managers and employees who will be using the result.

06

AI and digitalising HR work

Use AI to make the manual parts of HR work go faster.

I use AI daily, mainly Claude, to structure competence profiles, quality-check job ads, prepare interviews and speed up repetitive work. I have also built my own tools: Recruitment OS, which turns a requirements profile into an interview package, a project tool with gamification, a finance tool, and this site with its assistant. I have no background in programming.

What I've built

Things I have built

Some of it I built together with colleagues at work. Some I built on my own, with AI, when I ran into a problem I wanted solved.

Inside the companies I've worked at

A career programme for junior talent

I was part of building a career programme for junior developers, with a structure for what they should learn, who supported them and how they moved on from there.

An internal LMS, shaped from the start

I was involved from the start in shaping an internal learning system, both what it should solve and how the content should be structured. It worked well enough that it was later sold as a product.

Onboarding built from scratch

I have built onboarding structures in two companies where none existed before. In both cases the purpose was to increase engagement and retention among new employees.

ATS workflows

I implemented and developed the ATS workflows, from how a role was opened to how candidates moved through the process and who did what along the way. It made the recruitment work easier to follow for everyone involved.

Course content within HR and payroll

I worked on and developed course content within HR, payroll, tax and VAT together with HR experts. I kept the material up to date and improved the pedagogical structure so that the content worked better for the participants.

Built myself, with AI

Recruitment OS

An AI tool that turns a requirements profile into an interview package with competency analysis, 15–20 structured questions with follow-ups, scorecards and support for reducing bias. It also has a competency library with level indicators and personality competencies based on Big Five, so that two managers recruiting for the same role assess the same things.

Open Recruitment OS

QuestLog — a project tool with gamification

A scrum and kanban board where progress is rewarded with levels, to keep motivation up over time. It runs as a desktop application and as a web version, with login and sync between devices. It is on release fifty-something by now.

A finance tool

A tool I built to keep the finances in order, with the numbers gathered in one place and followed over time.

This site, with an AI that answers for me

Beyond work

Who I am outside work

There's more to life than work. Here's a glimpse of who I am outside the office: the things that keep me curious, grounded and energised.

🎲

Hobbies

I'm a creative person at heart. I read a lot of fantasy and channel that into writing D&D adventures as a Game Master. I have a huge passion for food and cooking, and love all food, from street food joints to Michelin restaurants. I also really enjoy getting together over board games, and love watching Critical Role, a live-action D&D series that fuels my creativity as a Game Master.

✈️

Travel

I love to travel, especially to Spain and Costa del Sol. I also grew up half and half in Thailand, and I've even been stuck on the African savannah. Ask me about it!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Friends & family

I live in Gothenburg with my fiancée and our 2.5-year-old son. Time with the people I care about is what matters most: good conversations, dinners and shared experiences.

🎧

Music & podcasts

I'm a music omnivore, always listening to something. Right now I'm stuck on funk soul. I definitely prefer music over podcasts.

📖

Curiosity & learning

I love reading and watching videos to learn new things, especially about AI and how to streamline and optimise the way we work. Being creative in my work is something that genuinely makes me feel good.

🧭

What drives me

At the core, I'm someone who genuinely cares about people. Whether it's at work or in my personal life, I believe in building real connections, staying curious and always trying to grow. The best version of me shows up when I balance meaningful work with the things and people that inspire me outside of it.
